Our Story
What we do: We help hosts and families create delicious, memorable parties using the highest quality ingredients. We’re known for making beautiful farm to table food and pastries, that are refined and sensitive to your preferences (gluten free, vegan, etc). We love to accommodate people with specific dietary restrictions.
Background: Chef and owner Liza Jernow started off at the Rhode Island School of Design, afterwards she dove head first into Culinary School. She worked as a food editor Martha Stewart. After leaving Martha, Liza became a freelance food stylist and private chef, she continues both services. Food styling and cooking for others is where Liza marries her deep passion for refined flavors and love of visual balance.
About Liza: With a chop saw, sewing machine and something simmering on the wood stove, Liza is constantly cooking and working with her hands. She’s currently reconstructing a farmhouse in the Hudson Valley, living between the Hudson Valley and NYC. Always dreaming of what she'll eat next. Liza’s always up for fun, creative collaborations.
